Community Infrastructure Levy Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule Consultation Regulation 15 Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended)

The London Borough of Lewisham is consulting on a Community Infrastructure Levy Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule (‘PDCS’) for a 6 week period from the 26th July 2018 to the 6th September 2018.

The PDCS represents the first stage of public consultation on the proposed charges, which, if adopted, will replace the Council’s current charging schedule and apply borough wide. As well as inviting comments on the PDCS, views and responses are also invited on the relevant evidence base and supporting documents, which include a Viability Review Report, the Infrastructure Delivery Scheme (IDS) and Affordable Housing and Planning Obligations Report.

The documents are available online via the Council’s consultation portal or alternatively at the Main Reception, Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, Catford and all Lewisham Libraries – full details of library locations and opening times are available at
